Real advice for Southwest Students
Hello Sea lions!
Well, to start, we're not adults so don't take any of the advice too far or too seriously. But, we are students at Southwest Middle School who know what you go through everyday. Our main to help, so it would be better for both groups if we take seriously and are mature about stress and anxiety.
Also, we are not professionals on the subject but we have spoken with guidance counselors at SWMS to see if we could learn a little more on the topic.
Our website has several pages that talk about symptoms and offer advice about how to overcome and deal with stress and anxiety. We also have a contact tab where you reach out to us if our information isn't sufficient. So feel to free to browse and ask about problems at Southwest that have to do with your stress and anxiety.

I love food, Do you love food?Believe it or not, food can help with stress! Now, I know what you're thinking, "Certain foods don't help with stress, all food helps with stress! When I eat, I feel better!" Yes, that's very true, I feel better when I eat too. But like I mentioned in an earlier post, a few types of food can a make a small difference in your stress levels! A small difference won't do that much, but any difference helps a lot! So, Ma'am is here to let you know what foods are good for stress!
